D6 Heroes – TTRPG

Welcome to the future home of D6 Heroes.

A TTRPG designed with several principles meant to be a quick introduction to TTRPG’s, without taking too much away from complexity.

Simplicity – We wanted the game to be simple enough to understand that you could whip a character up in just a few minutes and be ready to get started. No more time worrying about the little things, or scouring forums looking for an answer to how something works. The Beacon, our word for story-teller or game master, has the ultimate say, and if you aren’t aware.. Just Wing It!

Theatrics – One of our favorite parts of RPG’s is the first two words Role-Playing. One of our visions was to push the player creativity. Most abilities are not hard coded with specific typings, verbiage can be adjusted and changed. And when an ability says you shoot a blast, its up to you to determine what kind of a blast it is. Plasma cannon, Fire spell, rocket launcher, your character and the agreed upon settings is what really drives this.

Modularity – Sometimes people like to play a certain way, other times your story teller may come up with interesting functions to add to your game, and other times you just don’t like something and choose to omit it entirely. This is an encouraged functionality for D6 Heroes.
